 Booking & Cancellation Policy

  1. Once tents are placed, they cannot be shifted from one location to another.

  2. If you cancel your booking 2 days before check-in, 30% of the booking amount will be deducted and the remaining refunded.

  3. If you cancel your booking 1 day before check-in, 40% of the booking amount will be deducted and the remaining refunded.

  4. If you cancel your booking on the check-in day, no refund will be provided.

  5. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

  6. Late check-in is allowed, but early check-out is not permitted.

Guest Conduct & General Conditions

  1. Guests are requested to be polite and respectful towards staff and fellow campers.

  2. In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances, we will try our best to assist you, but bookings may be affected.

  3. Our team will provide proper assistance during activities. However, if any minor injury occurs, only first aid will be provided.

  4. Participation in activities is voluntary. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings.

  5. We do not provide storage facilities. Guests are responsible for their valuables left in tents or on the campsite.

  6. Use of music players is allowed but must be kept at a moderate volume.

  7. Music systems will be turned off after 11:00 PM to maintain peace at the campsite.
